COMPLETED PROJECTS Completed as Project Director at The Pike Company "BRIDGING THE GAP" TECHNICAL TRAINING SEMINAR ROCHESTER, NEW YORK -Prepared and instructed 50 students in a 6 week technical training course for M/WBE construction professionals. -The course was designed to increase capacity in the M/WBE construction community so that these individuals and companies will be able to take advantage of upcoming local opportunities in the construction marketplace. CITY OF ROCHESTER, NEW WATER OPERATIONS CENTER ROCHESTER, NEW YORK $12 MILLION -Provided construction management services as the City's Agent. -The building is noteworthy in that it will be one of the few LEED Gold Certified buildings in the northeast. GENESEO CENTRAL SCHOOL DISTRICT GENESEO, NEW YORK $9.9 MILLION -Provided construction management services for this pervasive renovation project while maintaining a quality learning environment. -Developed detailed phasing plan in the preconstruction phase to minimize project impact on school operations. CHITTENANGO CENTRAL SCHOOL DISTRICT CHITTENANGO, NEW YORK $10.8 MILLION -Provided construction management services as the District's Agent. SUNY / UPSTATE MEDICAL UNIVERSITY - EAST PARKING GARAGE SYRACUSE, NEW YORK $18.4 MILLION -Completed project on time and under budget for DASNY. -Located on the busiest street in Syracuse, this project involved intense planning, coordination and logistics. SUNY NEW PALTZ - STUDENT UNION CONCEPT STUDY NEW PALTZ, NEW YORK $2.5 MILLION -Support Bergmann Associates with preconstruction planning and estimating services for this complicated project. CANISTEO CENTRAL SCHOOL DISTRICT CANISTEO, NEW YORK $5.5 MILLION -Renovations and Additions to historic building while maintaining school operations. THE ANTIQUE BOAT MUSEUM CLAYTON, NEW YORK $3.5 MILLION -New building as a center for this 1000 Island's attraction. THE LANDMARK BUILDING ROCHESTER, NEW YORK $1 MILLION -Design / Build Contractor for the renovation of this turn of the century building for NEAD, a neighborhood not-for-profit. -Received an 'Award of Merit' from the Landmark Society of Western New York for our work.
